• Participation is open to players within the age category specified for the respective tournament or league.
• Players must provide accurate personal information and supporting documents when requested.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to verify age and eligibility at any stage of the tournament.
• All participants must complete the official registration process through the authorized platform.
• Registration will be considered valid only after successful submission of the required information .
• Entry fees, State League Matches fee are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Registered players will be invited to participate in selection trials conducted by the tournament organizers.
• Trial dates, venues, and schedules are subject to change based on operational requirements.
• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel trials due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or force majeure events.
• Player performance will be assessed by qualified coaches, selectors, and tournament officials.
• Selection decisions shall be based on performance, discipline, fitness, attitude, and team requirements.
• All selection decisions made by the selection panel shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal regarding selections will be entertained.
• We do not guarantee or claim selection into the Ranji Trophy, IPL, or any other cricket league, association, franchise, state team, or professional cricket organization.
• Participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline, sportsmanship, and respect towards officials, coaches, teammates, opponents, and spectators.
• Any form of misconduct, abusive behavior, cheating, match manipulation, violence, or violation of tournament rules may result in suspension, disqualification, or permanent exclusion from the tournament.
• The Indian T10 Tennis Champions Trophy reserves the right to amend tournament formats, schedules, rules, team structures, venues, and participation criteria at its sole discretion.
• Any decision taken by the tournament management in relation to the conduct and operation of the tournament shall be final.
• By registering for the Indian Tennis T10 Champions Trophy, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for participants below 18 years of age where required.
